Sports Krew – Terms of Use

Welcome to Sports Krew! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sports Krew mobile application (“App”) and related services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

  • By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts & Security

  • You may create an account using your mobile number and OTP verification.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Sports Krew is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Sports Krew offers both free and paid subscription plans.

  • Paid subscriptions are processed securely via Apple App Store In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store/Play Store account settings.

  • Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

  • Post or share harmful, misleading, or offensive content.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App.

Sports Krew reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

5. Content & Ownership

  • Sports Krew owns all rights, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service.

  • Users retain ownership of any content they create (e.g., match details, polls) but grant Sports Krew a license to display it within the App for functionality.

6. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time.

  • Sports Krew may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Sports Krew is not responsible for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from matches, payments, or user interactions organized through the App.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Krew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
