1. How do I create an account?

You can sign up for free using your mobile number. An OTP will be sent for verification. No fees are charged for account creation.

2. How do subscriptions work?

Sports Krew offers an optional subscription that unlocks premium features like advanced match planning and extra polls. Subscriptions are billed securely through the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users).

3. How can I cancel or manage my subscription?

You can cancel or manage your subscription anytime directly through your Apple App Store Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings.

4. I did not receive the OTP. What should I do?

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and correct mobile number. If the issue persists, email us at info@sportskrew.in.

5. What sports are supported in the app right now?

At launch, Sports Krew supports Cricket, Tennis, Badminton, and Football. More sports will be added soon!

6. How do I report a bug or technical issue?
